Gabriel's Patisserie creates a unique atmosphere with its pastries so that each bite is infused with the mastery of our pastry chefs and cooks. We want to establish pastry culture through our patisserie in all of Yerevan.
Managed by The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan, Gabriel’s Patisserie's primary goal is to serve high quality pastry to the people of Yerevan.
Gabriel's Patisserie is located on the first floor of The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan, and has a distinct entrance off the gorgeous Abovyan Street. It is designed to provide a range of delicious flavors, tastes and views. (Opulent décor, sweet snacks, chocolate, and dry baked products all contribute to a sense of luxury leisure). Desserts, inspired by the best european traditions, exclusive chocolates, italian cookies and freshly baked croissants create perfect atmosphere for memorable leisure in the heart of Yerevan.
About our Pastry Chef
Yuri Grishkov- our Pastry-Chef and author of all desserts, has more than 20 years of experience, including partnerships with Michelin-level chefs. Culture, stories and people coming from different cuisines are the core of our Gabriel's Patisserie’s inspiration. He finds motivation in all the knowledge he wields whilst working with professionals, as not only does he learn, but also finds something greater to live up to; food is respect and emotion for him.
He finds ideas that break through people’s minds through travelling, cultures and traditions of various countries, and methods of food preparation. He is passionate about tasting local and authentic food and refers to it as an interest in experiments.
He assures us that dessert is no longer a definition of something sweet, it is rather art; quintessence of eruditeness, culture, emotion, perfectionism, countless new techniques with continuous link to the origins, homemade food and childhood. It is the harmonious completion of a dinner or a cup of coffee, a vibrant highlight of the day.
